Value the help that Surveyors give
We got both frustrated and fascinated with working with banks, building societies and estate agents when we really wanted to work for the true client. Often they were a customer who did not want to hear or value what a Chartered Surveyor has to say.
Honesty, integrity in a sustainable model through boom and bust
We therefore started to look at alternative ways of working. We certainly did not want to work on a production line system that has developed with banks, building societies and estate agents.
We give expert independent advice
We did want to give a valuable worthwhile service and we did not want to be the sort of Surveyor that refers on to a damp proof company specialist or a woodworm specialist as we all know that these companies are not actually specialists.
RICS and ISVA minimum standards
We wanted to have these as minimum standards and work with only surveyors who had our higher standards.
Limit risk
We also wanted to limit risk and maximise quality output and we have done this over the decades by utilising technology.
What does this all mean to you?
It means we have a system of regularly gathering good quality leads providing you can work to a high standard will result in more good quality leads. This is all set within a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) with many of our own Unique Selling Points (USP’s) such as our own sketches
